We gather project details, take measurements, and confirm your vision, budget, and timeline. Using 30 renderings, we help you visualize the design. After review meetings, we present a detailed proposal with customized costs and scope.
In the Selections Meeting, you’ll choose flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, and more. Once finalized, we provide a detailed specifications sheet and drawings for approval. Before ordering materials, we hold a kickoff meeting with trades to align on the design, materials, schedule, and plan.
We start with a Pre-Construction Meeting at your home to discuss logistics and set expectations. During construction, we hold weekly walkthroughs to update you on progress and gather feedback, ensuring the project stays on track and meets your expectations.
